Do you want to connect with a counsellor that shares your faith and your values? Do you want a therapist who understands the role of spirituality in your life? Do you want to incorporate prayer and a God-centered approach to wellness? Let us match you with a therapist who shares your Christian faith. Several of our therapists approach counselling from a Christian perspective. Please ask us, and we will match you with a therapist who is a good fit for your needs.
Parent Coaching
Kids don’t come with instruction manuals! Some children are more challenging to parent than others. Kids impacted by ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Anxiety, sensory processing problems, and difficulties regulating/controlling emotions often need a different approach. We can provide you with tips and tricks to improve your relationship with your child while improving their behaviour.
Group Programs
Group programs are very successful in addressing a number of concerns for children, youth and families. We offer group programs for children, teens and parents on the following subjects: social skills, anger management, depression, anxiety, self-harm, and parenting challenging children. In-Home Counselling
Do you ever wish a child behaviour expert, like super nanny, could visit your home? Our team of behaviour experts can do just that. In combination with family counselling, our behaviour experts can visit your home to provide you with “in-the-moment” tips and tricks to manage your child’s behaviour. This is also an excellent option for children/teens that experience anxiety to a degree that prevents them from attending in-office appointments. In-home counselling is available across South-Southern Ontario.
